Exhibitor Packages

Conference Programme Advert Information:

  • Small advert: ¼ A4 page to include logo or product image and 50 words MAX describing it
  • Medium advert: ½ A4 page to include logo or product image and 75 words MAX describing it
  • Large advert: 1 A4 page to include logo or product image and 100 words MAX describing it

Exhibition floor plan

The exhibition floor plan is in process of being completed and exhibitors will be notified of their stand/table number on arrival at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Delegate Bags

We are hoping to keep printed information to a minimum to support sustainability but are happy to include small print items such as postcards. We will need 350 of everything and these should be delivered to arrive on Monday 2nd July – Tuesday 3rd July to:

Please clearly mark parcels and packages with ‘EAHIL Cardiff Conference 9-13 July’ so that these can be stored correctly.
